I have watched you everyday, too scared to come a say hi!

I have longed to know you for as long as I can remember.

I have dreamed about you every night.

 

You always seemed never to notice me.

You always had heaps of girl wanting you.

You always ignored them all.

 

Then suddenly you approach me.

You ask me out, like we have known each other for years.

I can't believe what is happening, my heart pounds.

 

You smile at me with your lovely smile.

You lead me over to the coffee shop.

You sit beside me and look into my eyes.

 

You tell me you have always wanted me.

You say you have always been too shy to say hi!

You ask me to be your girlfriend, I'm wonder if you know the answer.
