Interview: Emily @ My Life as a Pre Teen Dork

Emily @ My Life as a Pre Teen Dork agreed to be interviewed for today's post. So here we are.

How would you describe yourself and your blog?
I am a total nerd. That was how my blog got it's name so my blog is like that.

How long have you been blogging for?
About 2.5 months. I had problems with my first blog as my posts weren't publishing so that's how I got my current one.

What would you say your biggest hobbies are?
Playwriting, reading and blogging.

Do you want to follow any of your hobbies up later in life as a career?Yes, I want to be a playwright.

Who/what is your biggest inspiration?
I know this sounds crazy, but William Shakespeare.
What is your best blogging advice?
Have a good post title: if that sounds boring then no one will want to read the post.

Do you have a favourite author? If so, who?Jacqueline Wilson

What’s your favourite TV show?Strictly Come Dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever written a novel, if so was it published?
No, but I am going to try.
I'm in the planning process, so as soon as I've started writing the novel, I'll post some exerts here. Look out!

  1. I love your answers, Emiky! You're going to be the next great playwright of our generation... Will you be writing for Broadway? Haha, but you may also be the next great Shakespeare and revive the art of creating words! That's a lor of power to have. Mhmwahaha.... XF

  2. Wow, it's not every day you hear someone throw out Shakespeare's name as an inspiration. He's a great influence, though—and I keep enjoying him as I get older and older. Here's to your playwright career, as well!

    1. I know right?! With all these new writers around, it's hardly ever that our everlasting inspiration, Shakespeare is mentioned anymore. But I still love him just as much as when I first watched his plays:)
